Determine delivery costs and delivery times
To determine the applicable delivery fees and delivery times for the items in your cart, do the following:
1. Select checkout.
2. Select or add a shipping address.
3. Select the delivery speed and then select Continue.
4. Select a payment method and then select Continue.
The order summary lists the total shipping and handling charges and the estimated delivery date.

Worried about delivery breakage or other packaging issues?
While our mission is to reduce the amount of packaging required while ensuring that goods reach our customers in perfect condition, we recognize that we cannot be foolproof. If you experience a shipment breaking, please contact us and tell us about your experience. We use the information we collect from your order to help evaluate the quality of the packaging provided by the manufacturer, as well as the choices we make with regard to the packaging solutions provided by our operations centers. If needed, we will work to improve the packaging and may even limit the sale of the item until the packaging is changed to ensure we provide a good buyer experience.

We work with manufacturers to pack goods in certified simple packaging, thereby reducing the total amount of packaging materials used.
hkfreeflying.com certified simple packaging is recyclable and there is no excess packaging material. The item inside the package is unchanged, but all parts of that item will use certified simple packaging, which will become part of the manufacturer's initial package.
To ship the item as a surprise gift, select the gift option at checkout (if available), or select "Ship packaged with hkfreeflying.com" on the checkout page (if available). If this option is selected, we will ship the goods in hkfreeflying.com packaging at no extra charge.
When we ship your order, we list the carrier, delivery date and estimated delivery date for your package (listed in my account and your delivery confirmation email). You can track your package in my order.
We also handle all customer service and merchandise returns for "hkfreeflying.com Delivery" items.
