Return policy
Items shipped from the platform can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return and exchange requirements
1. The returned goods must be kept in the original condition when the goods were sold, and the goods and packaging are in good condition and without damage
2. When the goods are sent out, please copy the order number so that the warehouse can find the corresponding order and deal with it for you as soon as possible;
3. Replacement service only supports the replacement of the same type of product, if you need to replace different types, you need to contact customer service to make up the difference.
4. When the gift is returned, the gift should be sent back together. If the gift has been used or lost, and the main product does not affect the secondary sale, the refund will deduct the corresponding amount of the gift.

Upon receipt, we will automatically refund up to $25 for return shipping, depending on the country You can stay on top of returns by tracking returns in your My order. To learn more, head over to Track your return.

About return labels provided at your own expense
If your return postage exceeds the automatic refund amount issued by the Platform, please contact customer Service to request a refund of the remaining postage. If you return an item that is defective, broken or wrong, we will refund you the full cost of the postage and the deposit duty after processing your return.
Return freight
You can return qualified items through my order.
When you select a delivery method for your returned item, the applicable return shipping fee is calculated and shown to you when the return is created.
Depending on your location and type of item, your return may be eligible for a free return.
If you choose a delivery method that requires a return shipping fee, we will deduct the return shipping fee from your refund.
If you choose to ship the item yourself, you will need to pay a fee to the carrier when you ship the returned item.

How long does it take for a refund after a returned item?
After processing your returned goods, we will issue a refund. It may take up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. In some cases, the refund period may be longer.
We will issue a refund according to the refund method you choose at the online return and exchange center, and your financial institution may need more time to process the refund.
Early refund/exchange/replacement
Sometimes, we will issue you a refund or ship an exchange/replacement item before receiving the returned item.
Early refund
In some cases, if you have delivered the item to a service outlet or the carrier has received the item, we will issue a refund to your credit card before receiving and processing the item
Advance exchange/replacement
If you see an option to replace/replace the original item at the return and Exchange Center, follow the instructions to return the item and request an exchange/replacement. If the exchange/replacement order is shipped immediately, you will need to return the original item before the "Return deadline" mentioned in the return request confirmation email, otherwise you will be charged an exchange/replacement fee.
Possible charges after early refund/exchange/replacement
After you have delivered or picked up your returned item, it may take some time for the item to be shipped to the merchant. Upon receipt of the item, we will verify and inspect the item against the intended item and quantity in your return request. If the Platform does not receive the expected item and quantity you submitted in your return request, or if the item is not in its original condition or there are missing parts/accessories/manuals, we will charge you the amount of the previous refund (or the amount of the previously shipped exchange/replacement order). If the deduction fails, you will be prompted to complete the payment before submitting another return request.
To avoid us charging you, please take the following steps:
Initiate a return request only for items in their initial condition
Use the correct mailing label, if applicable.
Drop off or pick up each returned item at an eligible location.
If, after completing delivery or collection, you receive an email from us asking you to return one or more items, or indicating that we have charged you a fee for those items, this fee will be revoked after the Platform has received and processed the items and verified the expected items in your return request.
Refund time
After we issue a refund to you, it will take some time for your financial institution to deposit the refund into your account.
